Nightcloud Hosting guarantees 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from this guarantee. In the event of unscheduled downtime exceeding the guarantee, customers may request a service credit.

Users of Nightcloud Hosting services agree to:
