1. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our servers:

• 1. Illegal Content: Distribution of content that violates any applicable law, including child exploitation material, counterfeit goods, or stolen property
• 2. Malware & Viruses: Creation, distribution, or use of malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or other malicious code
• 3. Hacking & Unauthorized Access: Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks; attempting to crack passwords or security measures
• 4. Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messages; operating open mail relays or spam services
• 5. DDoS Attacks: Launching or assisting in distributed denial-of-service attacks against any system
• 6. Phishing & Fraud: Creating phishing pages, conducting fraudulent schemes, or social engineering attacks
• 7. Intellectual Property Violation: Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights
• 8. Harassment & Abuse: Threatening, harassing, or abusing individuals; hate speech or discriminatory content
• 9. Resale & Unauthorized Use: Reselling services without authorization; using services for purposes other than stated in your agreement

2. Resource Usage

Excessive resource usage that impacts other customers' service quality is prohibited. This includes:

• • Unlimited bandwidth consumption or data transfer
• • Cryptocurrency mining or similar intensive operations without authorization
• • Hosting large files or content not compatible with your service tier
• • Running automated scripts that consume excessive server resources

3. Network Policies

All network usage must comply with the following:

• • No port scanning or network reconnaissance
• • No spoofing or IP masking for malicious purposes
• • No operating proxy services or VPN services without authorization
• • No circumventing security measures or firewalls

4. Content Policies

Content hosted on our servers must not contain:

• • Illegal or obscene material
• • Content promoting violence, terrorism, or extremism
• • Defamatory or libelous content
• • Sexually explicit or adult content in excess of applicable laws
• • Gambling or illegal betting content

5. Enforcement & Consequences

Violation of this AUP may result in:

• • Immediate suspension of service
• • Permanent termination of account
• • Forfeiture of account balance
• • Legal action and cooperation with law enforcement
• • IP address blacklisting

6. Monitoring & Investigation

Nightcloud Hosting reserves the right to monitor accounts for compliance with this AUP. We may investigate reports of abuse, and you consent to such investigation when you use our services. We may collect evidence and preserve logs for legal proceedings.
